Happy St. Patrick’s Day! It’s still a little cold, so here’s something to keep you warm, and celebrate this popular Irish holiday.
Irish Mocha with Torani
- 2 oz espresso or dark coffee
- 1 oz Torani Dark Chocolate Sauce
- 6 oz cold milk
- 2/3 ounce Torani Peppermint Syrup
- 3 oz heavy whipping cream
- Pour espresso into a serving glass.
- Combine Torani Chocolate Sauce and milk. Steam/froth, and pour into serving glass. Reserve the froth.
- Mix Torani Peppermint syrup and heavy cream. Whip lightly.
- Slowly pour/float peppermint cream over the coffee.
- Can garnish with whipped cream, coco powder, mint and/or green sugar
